Steps
In this lesson you will use GOOGLE FORMS to create a 5 question, online survey.
, and look for "Bad and Good Survey Questions."
In Google Drive, create a new PORTFOLIO folder.
In Google Drive, while you are IN / viewing your PORTFOLIO folder, create a unique, 5 question online survey with Google Forms. (Video tutorial available)
Type your five questions in COMPLETE SENTENCES using proper capitalization, spelling and punctuation.
Be sure to include the following question TYPES:
2 multiple choice questions
2 "Linear Scale" (rating) questions, using a scale of 1 to 5
1 short answer question
Copy and Paste the SEND LINK for your Google Form / online survey. (Turn it in 2 places as described below.)
After you submit your survey, use the the PEER REVIEWS section of the assignment and TAKE the surveys for your 3 assigned classmates.
